PCL One helps Canadian municipalities modernize the systems that run a municipality — HRIS, payroll, and scheduling; PSAB fund accounting; Dynamics GP migration; and the tax, utility, permitting, and asset workflows behind them.
We're platform-flexible: we configure the right platform to your municipality's rules — OMERS and WSIB, collective agreements, MFIPPA and AODA — and integrate the systems you keep. PCL also serves Oracle enterprise and UK housing, but Canadian municipalities are our focus.
