Oras needed a single platform that could standardize HR and payroll across 14 countries without flattening the real differences between an hourly manufacturing workforce and a commission-driven sales team. PCL One was selected as implementation partner for its expertise consolidating multi-country, multi-provider payroll environments and its ability to navigate compensation complexity across hourly, salaried, and commission-based employee populations.

PCL One consolidated Oras's fragmented, country-by-country systems into a single Oracle Cloud HCM platform, integrating 10 separate payroll providers into one connected framework. Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, and Compensation modules were deployed to bring every country's HR processes under one consistent structure.

A dedicated time and attendance configuration was built for the manufacturing hourly workforce, handling hourly calculations and shift-based tracking accurately across sites. For the sales organization, PCL One configured commission and bonus calculation rules alongside a complex salary structure, keeping compensation both flexible and auditable.

The matrix reporting structure — with multiple managers across lines — was rebuilt clearly inside Oracle, giving leadership an accurate view of reporting lines across the business for the first time.
